SHIPPING POLICY
Hikers.ge delivers outdoor and hiking products across Georgia through selected courier services.
The delivery cost is calculated individually before the order is confirmed and is paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer, but not more than 15 calendar days. If this happens, our team will contact you in advance.
Before delivery, our team or courier may contact you to confirm the delivery date, time and address.
Please check the product when receiving your order. If the product has visible damage or defect, please do not accept the order and contact us immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers can return or exchange products within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, with full packaging and all accessories included.
Returns are arranged by courier or mail.
Return delivery is free for the customer. A return label is included in the package, where applicable.
No restocking fee applies.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return request is confirmed.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If a refund cannot be processed through the original payment method, Hikers.ge may issue the refund through another agreed payment method.
